Intro​

Welcome to the Plantasia Space community: a space for music, landscape, creation, and collaboration. This Code of Conduct merges the spirit of Plantasia Space with the principles of the Berlin Code of Conduct. It exists to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all members, staff, contributors, and partners.

Purpose​

Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible, welcoming people from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, age, or religion (or lack thereof).

This document outlines our expectations for everyone who participates in Plantasia Space, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Open Citizenship​

We encourage everyone to recognize how their actions affect others. Plantasia Space aims to counteract inequality, discrimination, and abuses of power. Positive action is essential.

If you notice someone making an extra effort to ensure that the community is welcoming and accessible, we want to know.

1. Respect for Diversity and Inclusivity​

We celebrate diversity in all forms. Discrimination or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated. Everyone has equal, inalienable rights.

2. Integrity​

We expect honesty, transparency and accountability in all interactions within the community.

3. Collaboration and Communication​

Prioritize collaboration over conflict. Listen actively. Communicate clearly. Value differing viewpoints.

4. Environmental Responsibility​

We honor our commitment to sustainability and environmental regeneration. Engage in practices aligned with our ecological vision.

5. Protection of Intellectual Property​

Respect the creative and intellectual rights of others.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality​

Protect personal and sensitive information. Treat all data with care.

7. Conflict Resolution​

Resolve conflicts with empathy and openness. Avoid escalation. Mediation is encouraged.

8. Reporting and Compliance​

Report violations of this Code of Conduct. Adherence to these guidelines is required.

9. Continuous Improvement​

Embrace learning, feedback, and growth. Mistakes are part of the journey.

10. Spirit of Cooperation, Love, and Celebration​

We cultivate cooperation, love, and celebration. Brick by brick, we build a community grounded in freedom, equality, and human fraternity.

11. Avoiding Imposition and Fanaticism​

No form of imposition, coercion, dogma, or fanaticism is welcome here. Consent and freedom guide our interactions.

12. Embracing Mistakes​

We learn together through a simple three-step system: yellow signals the first issue, blue marks repetition, and red leads to a temporary suspension when the boundary is crossed again focused on education, not punishment.

Unacceptable Behavior​

The following behaviors are not accepted in Plantasia Space spaces, online or offline:

  • Intimidating, abusive, bullying, derogatory, or demeaning speech or actions

  • Discrimination or prejudicial comments related to gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, belief, disability, or any personal characteristic

  • Harassment, including statements or acts that are offensive, frightening, hostile, degrading, or humiliating

  • Inappropriate depictions of violence

  • Sustained disruption of talks, workshops, or sessions

  • Sexual harassment: any unwanted sexual attention, sexualized comments, inappropriate sexual images, stalking, unwanted physical contact, harassing photography or recording

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior must comply immediately.

Consequences​

Organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community (without refund, if applicable).

If You Witness or Experience Unacceptable Behavior​

Notify a community organizer as soon as possible. Organizers can help file reports, connect with support resources, or involve appropriate authorities. Your safety and privacy will be respected.

Addressing Grievances​

If you feel you were unfairly accused of violating the Code of Conduct, contact an organizer with a clear explanation. The situation will be reviewed.

Scope​

This Code applies to all community spaces—online, offline, at events, in workshops, and in one-on-one communications related to Plantasia Space.

This Code of Conduct preserves the integrity, creativity, and spirit of Plantasia Space. Your commitment ensures that our community remains harmonious, inclusive, regenerative, and full of love.
